Wednesday Sporters
No sporters last week due to the wet weather. This weeks sponsor will be Dr Yeates playing a stableford 10-18 + 1, 5 & 6. Next week will be BP Boonah playing a stableford competition.
Friendly Fridays
We had 8 Friendly Friday’s play a stableford back 9 competition. The winner with 19 pts T. Lynch, runner up was R. Brooks on a count back from A. Featherstone with 16 pts. Tee off time is now 2.30, so come along and enjoy the beautiful day of golf along with the friendship and a good laugh. The more the merrier.
Saturday
Saturday we played the Pro Steam Trophy Day sponsored by Brian Hutchinson. The winner was E. Ryan with 69 net, runner up P. King on a count back from B. Fitzhenry and J. Bunn all with 71 net. The next best was A. Taylor also on a count back from T. Moller & T. Hutchinson with 72 net. The run down continued with L. Vancenbrink & T. Lynch with 73 net, Simon Fahey & D. Yeates 74 net, G. Philp & A. Heit 75 net & M. Gnech & W. Maudsley 76 net. The ntp’s were on all holes and were received by P. King 1/10. 2/11 T. Farmers, 3/12 E. Ryan, 4/13 D. Bond the ladies was received by R. Featherstone, 5/14 B. Fitzhenry, 6/15 M. Chalk, 7/16 G. Philp 8/17 D. Wall & 9/18 R. Cuneo. The long drive on No 3 was won by A. Heit. The social winner was won by A. Fritz. The pro pin sponsored by Sugarloaf Bakery won by B. May with 38 cm. The ladies winner was D. Wall, runner up was R. Featherstone.

Sunday we played the mens & ladies foursome championships. The mens gross winners were J. Browning & P. King with 109, runners up were B. Freiberg & A. Bennett with 119. The net winners were J. Browning & P. King with 103&3/4 runners up were P. Manitta & T. Weatherhead with 104&1/4. The next best were I. Kemp & P. Eggenhuizen with 106 followed by B. May & S. Edwards 107&1/4 and G. Parker & R. Cuneo with 108&1/2. The ladies winners were A. Brown & J. Edwards while the net winners were K. Cook & D. Kuhnemann with 1101/2.
